Objective of the Role:
This role has overall responsibility for entering and reconciling Client Compliance data on a weekly basis. The post holder will also be responsible for ad hoc administrative duties and projects as and when required.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of Merrill Lynch Compliance data on a weekly basis
  • Dealing with queries relating to Compliance data
  • Requesting further information if needed from either Merrill Lynch or the supplier
  • Reconciling the data from MLU into Livebooker and then to Great Plains and the sales invoice then generated
  • Reporting from a variety of sources
  • General admin duties to support the finance function
  • Other ad hoc assistance to other members of the Finance Team

Skills, Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Data entry (alpha and numeric)
