The online catalogue is designed to greatly simplify the process of selecting and buying training from open schedules.
Within the catalogue you can search or browse a clearly structured directory of all available courses from all key approved training providers, whether instructor-led, self study or online courses.
The system is designed to be intuitive and flexible, below is outlined a process we would recommend for ordering a course.
If you are specifically interested in classroom, self study or online (mentored) courses, then you can use the filter to only show this one type of course:
When you see a course title that looks suitable, press the VIEW DETAILS button.
This will allow you to view the course specification in a standardised format. If you like what you see, then press the VIEW DATES button.
Within the View Dates screen (see diagram below) you can select a specific date and location that suite you. You can sort the data by clicking on the cell title (ascending / descending) order; you can also filter the data by date or location. This screen also shows the availability of an event. When you find one that you like, select the ADD TO BASKET button.
It is possible to add courses to your basket without selecting a date. If you do this then you will be prompted to make a selection when you go through the checkout process.
If at any stage you wish to change your mind, you can delete items from your shopping basket by pressing in the Shopping Basket part of the screen (shown left) or in the CHECKOUT process where you see the icon.
When you are ready to place the order, press the CHECKOUT button.
The checkout process consists of the following stages:
Validate Basket - This screen allows you to choose or amend the date/delegate.
Terms & Conditions - This screen clarifies the terms and conditions of the order, you need to select "accept" to proceed.
Payment Method - Here you can choose whether to pay using a purchase order number, credit card or request a call-back from a learning adviser. Depending on your choice of payment method, you will now be asked to enter a purchase order number or credit card details.
Finished - This screen will show you a copy of the final invoice.
