Record attendance

After a course is complete, we can record attendance for the event in a number of ways:

  • Our Customer Service team records attendance, entering any no-shows as they are reported on the first day of the course.
  • Our trainers notify attendance online on the day of the course.
  • For in-house events managed by a client, the client event manager can record attendance online.

Once attendance is recorded, an on-line post course evaluation is triggered.
