Our programme managers hold industry management accreditation and are expert at delivering programmes on time, to budget and to the agreed specification. Their responsibilities typically include:
- Managing the programme lifecycle from start-up to closure.
- Managing all resources involved in the design, development and delivery of the programme.
- Acting as a central point of contact for the client, our development team, and any third party stakeholders or subcontractors.
- Delivery of the programme to contract and service level agreements.
