Issue invitations to learning
Many internal programmes have the requirement to 'push' learning rather than allow staff to 'pull' learning down when required. Traditional approaches to inviting hundreds of staff onto a schedule of events is labour-intensive, but using LiveBooker we automate this process, making huge savings in time and materials.
Our managed training programme service handles the booking of thousands of staff onto a schedule of events. Using a list of delegates and a schedule of courses we issue invitations by email. The delegates log onto LiveBooker and choose the event they wish to attend from the list of dates offered. Using this simple yet highly reliable process, we issue around 20,000 invitations per year.
Delegates can refer back to their LiveBooker learning account screen for details of date, time and location (including a map). We can automatically issue a reminder just before the course start date, also a post course evaluation questionnaire after the course is complete.
