Long history, fresh approach
KnowledgePool was first founded in the 1960's as the internal training division of ICL. An independent company since 2000, we moved out of learning delivery ten years ago and used our first-hand experience to focus purely on learning management with a vision of becoming the world's leading specialist in managing and optimising learning activity and learning operations, and the primary source for learning analytics and performance data.

KnowledgePool has 130 employees, is headquartered in Reading UK, and has over 40 managed learning service clients in the UK and globally. We provide managed learning in 16 countries, in 11 languages, managing 360,000 learning events per year across all of our clients. We manage every type of training, across every subject matter area and every methodology and our extensive network of vetted, rated and contracted suppliers is a unique asset that has taken years to build up.
