Kevin has been working in learning and development for over 20 years, and is experienced in delivering corporate training programmes, both in the UK and overseas. He has been developing creative learning business process outsourcing (BPO) service solutions since 2004, and specialises in learning optimisation, process re-engineering, learning analytics, benchmarking and evaluation.

Rachel has been involved in adult learning for over 25 years, and has a broad and varied background in L&D within global organisations. She has significant experience in centralising L&D for global and EMEA organisations, which includes all the governance and activities associated with that transition.

Charlotte has more than 10 years of experience in the learning sector and in that time has worked with a broad range of clients — helping them to source learning interventions and supporting them with their outsourced learning functions. She heads up KnowledgePool’s client services team, overseeing customer relationships and the service delivery for all clients in both the UK and globally.

James began his career in procurement almost 20 years ago, working in various supply chain roles across IT, healthcare and training. He leads the supplier management and operations functions at KnowledgePool, with overall responsibility for projects and change, MI and business process, as well as managing our 5,000-strong network of suppliers.
