If you’re 16 to 24 years old and unemployed, we’ll train you to become work ready.
Pre-employment training – we give you nationally-recognised qualification and train you in employability, literacy and numeracy skills and prepare you for work life.
Work placement – you complete a work experience placement with an employer, including work shadowing, real work, mentoring, online learning and feedback. We provide ongoing support while you’re in work. This lasts for a minimum of 100 hours and a maximum of 150 hours.
Job offering – if you perform well during your placement, your employer may decide to offer you an apprenticeship or full-time role.
Progression support – we’ll provide support for another three months, helping your job search and interviews, ongoing learning, apprenticeship applications and additional work placements.
